Payment Cash: All products are available to buy today from our secure website. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Solo or Switch. Your credit card will not be debited until your order has been dispatched.

Payment Account: Terms 30 Days from date of invoice unless by special arrangement.

Conditions of Sale: Until payment in full to the seller for the goods, the goods shall remain the property of the seller, but the risks therein and all liability in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
All prices are inclusive of  V.A.T. where applicable.
We reseve the right to amend prices at any time if necessary, without prior notice.
Prices may be subject to fluctuation in costs of raw materials.

Orders and Pricing
These Terms and Conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.

 All orders are subject to our approval and product availability.  The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website. We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification.

 We will always try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur. If there has been an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. On these occasions, you can choose to either cancel your order or reorder it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you about an incorrect price we will cancel your order. Any payments which have already been made will be refunded. All goods advertised on this site are simply an invitation to the customer to either make further enquiries to us or to make an offer to purchase goods from us. Acceptance of offers to purchase goods only takes place when the relevant goods orders are despatched by us and not before.

Guarantee: Our guarantee extends only to the replacement of faulty goods. It does not include charges for labour supplied by others. We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice.

Delivery: Majority of orders are sent within 48 hours of receipt but please allow 10 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment. All items are subject to availability. If items are out of stock we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date and offer you the option to cancel your order or backorder.

Carriage Surcharges: Certain postcode area within the U.K. and N.I. carry a delivery surcharge for consignments. You will be contacted if a surcharge applies to your order, at which time you may cancel and a refund will be issued.

Returns and Exchanges: We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, however if you are not completely satisfied you may return your goods, in saleable condition, within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

Security: Our website uses the WorldPay payment system which is hosted and run by WorldPay Merchant Services. It enables Secure Payment Capture of Credit and Debit cards, with on-line authorisation by the card issuer. This is performed on a secure server and all messages between our web site and the secure server are encrypted to 128 bit SSL. The card details for internet transactions are secured by the WorldPay. Tax Charges: All prices include 17.5% Vat where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. For orders originating outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the goods.
